Ingredients for 1 cup of tea:

  • 3 tablespoons of Dutch Lady Full Cream Milk Powder
  • 2 teaspoons of loose tea leaves
  • 2 cardamoms
  • 2 cloves
  • Cinnamon
  • 2-3 teaspoons of sugar
  • Ginger (optional)

Steps

  • 1Grind the cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon until it becomes a fine spice mix powder.
  • 2Pour Tea, 1 teaspoon of the spice mix, and sugar into the water and boil until fragrant. (optionally add a small piece of ginger)
  • 3Scoop out some tea into a cup and add in the Dutch Lady Full Cream milk powder for that creamy taste.
  • 4Stir the milk slurry to clear off any lumps and add mixture back into the pot.
  • 5Boil for 3-4 more minutes or until the tea turns dark.
  • 6Strain the tea to remove all the leaves and spices and serve in a mug.
